"The staff are like mother hens"

I couldn't do without Day Service as it's the only time I get out. It keeps me involved in the outside world. I also like getting my hair done when I am here.

The staff are like mother hens as they know your health and they act accordingly. I feel safe.

I like joining in with a quiz as it makes your mind work. We are getting a French lady in to teach us some French words. They say if you learn another language it keeps your mind going and it helps to stop dementia.

I don't know how the staff manage as they do so much. They provide lots of different activities & entertainment, and they keep us involved in the community.

If anyone has something bad to say about Day Service, then there is something wrong with them.
