"Staff treat me with respect"

About: Burns Day Centre

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I think Day Service is excellent, no other words come to mind. It can be noisy at times but apart from that, it's good. There is always someone you can talk to.

Staff treat me with respect and they attend to my needs. There is nothing I can say negative about it except the staff don't give me lots of sweet things to eat. No, I'm joking, they do this because I am diabetic and they are looking after me.

My family think the Service is great as it gives my wife a break.  She can then do things she wants to do when I am here, and it also gives her time to herself.

Dear Rick46

Thanks for letting us know about your experiences at Burns Day Service.

I'm glad the staff are so helpful and support you with your dietary requirements.

I'm so pleased your wife is able to have a break whilst you are there

Thanks again

Annie
