What I liked

I needed my hernia repaired and I was seen on time for my consultants meeting and for my pre-operative assessment. The operation took place on the day planned, and was carried out by the consultant in person but towards mid-day, so I stayed in for the night. I had a very pleasant private room with en-suite facilities such as one would expect to find in any modern mid-range hotel. My consultant and the staff were without exception friendly, polite and helpful, indeed nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The food was also very good and just what was called for. I did not even have to pay to park at this hospital.

What could be improved

Nothing that I was aware of could be improved. This hospital was just fine in every way.
