"HARP Cardio Physiotherapy"

About: Ayrshire & Arran Community Services Ayrshire & Arran Community Services / HARP (Heart and Respiratory Patients)

(as a service user),

I just wanted to thank you and the entire team for your care, attention and enthusiasm during the HARP classes I've just completed. I found it a stimulating experience and it was well worth taking part. I'm going to miss you all. You can tell Maureen that it's thanks to her that Qi Gong and Tai Chi are now part of the daily routine for Yvonne and I. What a sight that must be! ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

I hope none of you ever find yourselves in need of cardio physiotherapy but believe me, it really does make a difference; you guys can turn fear and insecurity into positive, life-affirming energy. Keep at it.

All the very best.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Sloopie,

This is truly inspiring to hear. It is wonderful to hear how much benefit you got from the HARP classes. I am on the same page as you when it comes to the energy work - Tai Chi etc. It can be incredibly beneficial and I am glad you found it to be so.

I will pass on your message to everyone and Maureen of course. I am sure you will make their day. It is also a very important message you are sending to others that may find themselves offered HARP, so thank you for the promotion of such an important, helpful service.

best wishes on your continued health and well being,

Eunice
