What I liked

I recently had an appointment at Hertford County Hospital. Parking was easy (if a little expensive) and everyone, from the person who greeted me at the front door to the nursing staff and the doctor treated me professionally, respectfully and sensitively. This, to me , is the NHS at its very best - thank you!
