About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

A fantastic experience  and exceptional service all around. Couldn't find fault at any point in my 4-hours' passage through the unit. Everything was explained in detail and all the staff were very friendly and obviously very happy in their work. I was ready for the sandwich and tea at the end!

It is my pleasure to provide positive feedback, because it was a great experience. The NHS is so often criticised, but it is too easy to find fault. I always praise, where praise is due. Thank you again
