About: Dirrans Centre (including rehab)

(as a service user),

Had a great time. It really helped me identify areas both physical but particularly mental aspects I need to work on. With the help of Stephen he helped me to really improve my mental health by pointing out areas which I need to work on. But the whole day was great some great chat on the way up and fun playing football or in my case trying to play football. Did not do too good results wise but on reflection has helped me a lot. It was great to have a team spirit and a feeling of belonging.

So glad you enjoyed the Scottish Disability Sport 5-A-Side Football Championships in Glasgow.

In was a great opportunity for Dynamo Dirrans to demonstrate their commitment and determination to improve their skills

Coach, Stephen Russell, was delighted with the progress you all have made - especially in goal scoring!!

It was fantastic to see you all in your new strips and having such a great day and meeting lots of new people.

Practice makes perfect!!
