What I liked

My day surgery on Minster ward was just as I would have hoped, with every aspect of the visit being well organised, and the staff were all friendly and professional.

What could be improved

The only small snag was that I was contacted at short notice following a cancellation, and was asked to bring pygamas, so had to quickly find some, as I dont normally wear them, only to find they weren't needed.

I have been advised by the ward leader that a request to bring pyjamas was made should an overnight stay be required.
