I wanted to tell everyone how great this team are.   Fiona,   Naomi, Lesley and Joanne, you are a credit to your department.   My father coming home from a 3 month spell in hospital after a stroke has had your Support, Professionalism and most of all Kindness which my family so thank you for.   You can tell how they really care and want to make a difference in someone's life. My mum who is in her late seventies could not have managed without you also.   These services are vital to someone's rehabilitation and wellbeing.   Thank you to  them and all the team from our family on what you are doing and have done.
