.hi sorry not filled out most stars but i would.probably give them a five star when i start using their services, i just want to thank the surgery for being professional, understanding all my questions and answering them with correct answer (not like your next door neighbours survey) i am looking forward to being long time patient with Woodland Medical surgery. 10/10 for the first appearance, professionalism and friendly and pleasant. Please keep up the good service wish all surgeries were like yours.
