What I liked

I visited for an outpatient appointment. The reception staff could have been a little friendlier but the clinic waiting area was fine, and I saw the consultant within 10 minutes of my appointment time. He was great - gave me plenty of information about my results, gave me thae chance to ask questions and was very reassuring. I was a bit thrown by what he told me but he gave me lots of time to take it all in.

The hospital was clean and it was noticable how staff stopped to help us lost looking visitors along the way.

What could be improved

The reception staff in the clinic could have been a little warmer - it's a bit scary coming in for an appointment like this so it's nice to be met by a smile. They were very helpful though.
