My mother has just spent a few weeks in the care of the Haematology Consultants and Nursing Team on Rayne Ward.
Her experience has been excellent .
The patients are treated with dignity and respect as are the families.
Every thing is explained to all .
The staff are compassionate and caring .
The atmosphere is calm and pleasant
The Ward was extremely clean - I saw domestic team working on a "Deep Clean" when a patient left the ward and this was thorough.
The food was good - my mother needed a soft diet and this was provided.
Well done and thank you all to the Team of Rayne Ward Broomfield Hospital .
