I am delighted to hear you found the treatment to be 'second to none'. This is absolutely the standard of care that you should expect and deserve to receive.

Being in hospital is such a worrying time with so many questions and uncertainties. It is so important that staff ensure they explain everything and answer all your questions ensuring you are fully informed. I am glad you found this to be the case.
