What I liked
I would particularly like to thank the Consultants and the Doctor who inserted my canular, for their professionalism and courtesy. I would also like to thank the Ward Sister, Staff Nurses and Aancillary Staff, in Ward 15 and the recovery room following my operation.
Everyone was exceptionally polite and most helpful. The care and attention I received was second to none. Yours Truly, Richard Young 10/08/11.
