My dear Mum was admitted again after another fall at home. After excellent care from the paramedics she was admitted to G Ward and treated for a severe chest infection which she had contacted from a friend. I can only say how grateful we are that the fabulous fantastic staff in G3 managed to turn a dire situation around so quickly. Their dilligence and dedication is beyond description. Truely professional in every way. I have noticed a marked increase in the standards of QA since mums last emergency visit in July ‘17. I want to say a special thanks to the Ward sister and also another particular member of staff. The sister is the most compassionate lady and should be commended for her personal dedication to everyone she looks after. She treats all the patients with dignity and respect. Another Sister is fantastic. Professional, helpful to relatives. Much gratitude to all the other staff as well.
