"Ward B2"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

I was admitted into Royal Blackburn Hospital with a suspected stroke on Friday the 6th of April, from arriving at the hospital through the registration then admittance to Ward B2 and all the time I was in the hospital I was treated with the greatest care by all the staff. I would just like to thank all the staff at the hospital and the staff at Burnley Hospital where I was first assessed for the wonderful way they all went about there work, whilst they were very busy they always took time to keep a check on me.Nothing was too much trouble.Once again thank you all so much.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent admission to the ward B2 at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital following a suspected stroke.

It is lovely to receive such positive feedback regarding the care and service you received during your admission and we are delighted to pass this on to the staff who will very much appreciate your comments as they always strive to deliver safe, personal & effective care.

If you would like to provide us with further information about your experience then we would really value this so that we can try to make it like this for every patient visiting our hospitals and using our services.

You can either contact me (Sarah Ridehalgh) on 01254 734471 or by email at patientexperience@elht.nhs.uk.

Thank you again for commenting and best wishes.
