"Well done Millway"

Getting a GP appointment fast is a concern at Millway, and my husband and I were very worried what the scenario would be if ever we became seriously ill, and what would we do. Well we did become very ill. We both developed pneumonia and had to have medical advice and treatment quickly. The receptionist listened carefully to us and quickly put us through to a GP. We didn't think she would. We have both had excellent care even though we have had to go to another practice to see a GP, we did get seen and quickly. The GPs were so efficient and had huge expertise. Well done Millway. With such winter pressures and so many people wanting treatment you are doing a wonderful job with much compassion.

We appreciate your positive feedback and thank you for taking the time to write your comments. We hope to continue providing you with a high level of service.

We have upgraded our website to improve on-line access for patients to utilise instead of calling the practice and / or queuing in the morning. We encourage you to register for on-line patient access if you have not done so already, so that you can book / cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions and communicate with clinical / practice staff electronically and view your medical records – this will enhance both access and experience.
