What I liked
i went into hospital in August 2011 for a replacement hip joint and stayed for 5 days on ward 19 under the care of my consultant and his theatre team. on the ward i came into contact with over 30 employees of the hospital on various shifts be it nurses,x-ray, auxillarys, porters, physoi and occupational therapy.(nearly forgot the volunteers giving up their time 7 days a week). they all worked very hard all of the time to create an enviroment that made my stay as painless as possible and their standard of work was very high.their attitude was professional at all times whether in the theatre or on the ward.
now that i am back at home i look back on my treatment as first class and i would recommend the hospital in general and especially ward 19
"a difficult event for me was dealt with..."
