What I liked

I was on the A and E department for 12 hours while a bed was found for me i was treated vey well i was the moved to the MAU where the nurses were very good to me i did have a surrpot staff member that took a dislike to me when i asked for another pillow she did bring me a pillow but threw it on to my bed i was then in tears untill a nurse asked me what was wrong and i told her that if i had to rely on that peson i would of discarged myself she made me feel much better and said she was sorry that i had been treated badly i was then moved to Gward it was very nice and clean all of the staff was fantastic to me where i went on to get better
