"Good hospital, good staff. Would recommend to all."

What I liked

I was referred to the gynaecology department at Crawley following a year and a half of health problems. The treatment I received was very good although it is ongoing. The staff made me feel at ease immediately which is unusal considering you lose every ounce of dignity having various metal instruments inserted into places they shouldn't be. I was made to feel relaxed and they made me feel positive about the whole procedure. They explained the process thoroughly, allowed me to make unrushed decisions and made me aware of other forms of treatment that were available. The premises themselves were very clean, the staff were all friendly and welcoming.

What could be improved

The only downside to this hospital is current carpark works being undertaken cause havoc for parking however because I only need to attend sporadically this is just a mild inconveneince.

Anything else?

I have attended various hospitals in the South East for my own purposes or to visit others and this one I would not hesitate to recommend or re-attend.
