What I liked
Nothing was left waiting outside a room for specialist photo's the operator was walking up and down the corridor on mobile phone whilst a queue formed outside his room this went on for nearly an hour.
What could be improved
Follow up appointments system does not work staff un helpful when calling for information
Last seen 13 months ago in july 2010 should have had appointment in 8 months still waiting despite ringing every month to chase appointmnet. Fobbed off each time "with we are a little behind please bear with us" still no appointment think 5 months over due for follow up is riddiculous.
"If you go to this clinic write off the day"
