"I would recommend the treatment centre..."

What I liked

I recently visited the treatment centre for a urology day case procedure. All the staff including the doctors and nurses I met were extremely helpful, friendly and involved me in decisions about my care.

I felt like I was treated with respect and dignity and that they were interested in my well being. Overall I was nervous about my operation but felt very well looked after. I would like to thank everyone for the care I was given.

What could be improved

My appointment took a little while to be given to me, but the appointment staff where always very polite and helpful.
