Writing this review on the birth of my second son. Whilst pregnant with both my sons I have been cared for by the same midwife at Peterhead Maternity Unit.
Through both pregnancy I have had complications which required close monitoring, this enabled me to come into contact with a lot of the midwives. I can honestly say each person I have met has been a pleasure and nothing was a bother to them. Attending the unit more often than most people you often feel a hindrance but I was certainly never made to feel like this from the team.
The care was excellent and I believe this resulted in the safe delivery of both my boys, although unfortunately not being able to deliver in Peterhead if it was not for their input, communication & close monitoring the outcome could have very much been different.
I would like to thank the whole team in Peterhead but especially my midwife Donna for giving me the best possible care on both occasions, shes one in a million! We are very grateful.
"The best possible care"
