"6 hour nightmare!"

After I waited in vain for nearly 1 hour for the ambulance to arrive, I decided to take my agonising 5-year old to the A&E myself. But this was only the beginning of the nightmare! Staff trying to be polite, but no one seemed to really care about what mattered: treating my little one who was screaming in pain. An initial 2.5hr wait turned into a 6-hour long overnight saga! I could've gone abroad, get my son treated and returned in less time! Infuriating!!
