i Feel treated well and recognised in the surgery.

It is true that drs are very busy people and it’s not always easy to get an appointment at the last minute but I try to book appointments with plenty of time and I find this works well for me and for the surgery.

I am pleased with my GP's manner I find that when I have a problem he will explain what he sees and tackles it with a logic that works for me because I understand where his coming from and where we are supposed to be heading to

The nurse in the surgery is efficient and very profesional and every time I had dealings with her she was always punctual ,courteous .

To conclude I am quite satisfied with the service provided by the surgery and grateful that we have a NHS that functions(most of the time)
