Dear Daughter Trying to Help Her Father,

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties you've experienced whilst waiting for a home environmental assessment.

I'm sorry I'm unable to offer any direct assistance. I've managed to speak to a social work colleague this morning who has asked that you contact Margaret Stewart (Locality Social Work Manager) via the Management Support Team to provide some additional information so that she can review your father's case. You can contact them on Tel No: 01698 346725.

Kind regards
