I have attended Lifestyle from my Nurses request. I met Mr Lee Rose who explained everything about food, exercise, walking; everything that was beneficial to losing weight and keeping it off. I saw Lee on a regular basis every 2 months. He weighed me, explained how to eat better and do more exercise.
All in all I have enjoyed my time. I can now swim (1 length), I do aqua classes 3 times a week and I am soon joining a Zumba class so I hope to tone up.
The weight I lost has been kept off, so all I can say if you get the chance to be helped by Lifestyle take it!
