"Complaints procedure"

About: Ninewells Hospital

(as a carer),

I made a complaint regarding my husband's care and I have called numerous times to be told they are still investigating it, with very little information. I don't feel confident in the complaints procedure, they haven't taken my issues seriously at all.

Your response will be to phone the feed back team I'm fed up doing this.

I think the complaints procedure is a farce.

I was very sorry to read your post this morning. Whilst we aim to respond to complaints as quickly as possible, I fully acknowledge that this sometimes takes longer than we would wish.
