What I liked

from Feb 10 through to May 11 I was under the hospital for an issue. on three different occasions I was required to spend time in the hospital for 1 week at a time. the rest of the time I attended a clinic every week for this condition. The treatment of both my problem and me was treated with, from as far as I'm concerned, the highest proffessionalism that i can expect. I was very satisfied and could not rate the service that I recieved higher.

What could be improved

dancing girls! seriously maybe the pay an display carpark could be looked at. I appreciate that when a hospital is in the centre or close to town then there would be people who would park there to go into town. this is not near town in fact it's quite a distance out so why would people park here to get into town. why do you need a pay and display if not just to raise funds.

We are pleased that our patients and visitors can usually find a space to park their cars. The Trust has a charging structure that enables us to cover the day-to-day running costs and maintenance of car parking facilities. Any surplus generated is used to support direct patient care. Disabled badge holders park at the hospital for free and, in line with Department of Health advice, we offer weekly season tickets for those people who need to use the hospital frequently.
