"Rude rude rude secretaries!!"

I have been registered to this GP for a number of years and have never had a problem with the professionalism of the doctors or nurses, my problem is with the front of house secretaries.

I have been ill a handful of times with the same recurring illness in past year, and every time I have been told that the waiting time is at least two and a half weeks, when I confronted the secretary about the over the top waiting time they laughed at me over the phone! As a result of this I ended up in A and E as I hadn't been seen because they told my there was no point in getting an appointment as I would have recovered by then.

The last time I called for a nurses for an appointment they told me I didn't need to call for a repeat subscription and had to write a letter rather than waste the time of the nurses making me feel stupid, so six months down the line, not wanting to waste the time of the nurses I write them a letter to get my subscription, I provided them with all my contact details to contact me if there was a problem, when I go to receive my pill, they only gave me a months worth of the pill with a letter saying I need to make an appointment if I want my next subscription, the very thing they told me not to do! They don't try to explain their format they just want you off the phone, so they can give the next patient a disappointing waiting time.

I am absolutely disgusted on how rude the front of house can be on multiply occasions!
