What I liked

I was seen first in the Medical Assessment Unit and then moved to Hadfield 4 during my week long stay at the Northern General. I was also seen by the x-ray and ultra-sound teams, renal registrar and gastroentorologist. The quality of care I received during my stay was excellent. All of the staff were very professional, patient and caring. During my stay I observed staff tend to other patients more ill than myself - on one occasion sitting, feeding and talking with a patient for the whole day. An incredible service.
