I was admitted to a&e on 7th july 10.30am within a few mins i was receiving excellent care.Within the next 50 hrs or so i had visited the accute care and coronary care units where i was looked after with brilliant care from consultants,doctors,nurses and everyone that i came into contact with.I had been diagnosed as having had a heart attack and thank you all for looking after me so well thankyou again.
