I find this (NHS choices) website confusing as I thought that St Austell Healthcare was all one group - yet there are several options on here, so I hope I have picked the right one to comment on.
Myself and my family are all registered with you and are appreciative of our care which has always been good.
Everyone we have come into contact with has always been helpful and respectful. However, most recently I would like to point out the receptionist at Bethel who has been most helpful to us, along with the doctor who really put our minds at rest when we had been worrying.
Everyone is so busy and we appreciate all your help.
Long live the NHS and St Austell Healthcare - thank you from a lif- long St Austell resident and patient of yours.

Apologies for the confusing layout on the NHS Choices website. St Austell Healthcare is all one group, but as NHS Choices lists the sites by address they like to keep each site as a separate listing.
