"Excellent staff"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Accident and emergency

My son had a head wound which needed stitches. The staff were fantastic one nurse stitched his head . Then he was moved to an observation area and was looked after by another nurse . And then he was seen by the doctor ,who then did a full assessment on him . He was then sent to another observation ward as he had been sick and his blood pressure was low . He was then assessed by a consultant , two nurses did more obs and blood test and then they final discharged him.

We arrive at the hospital about 1.30 am and left at 12 midday

The staff are absolutely amazing.

Please pass on our thanks to the staff mentioned.

Thank you for taking the time to share your kind words with us. I am pleased that you had a positive experience with us, despite the circumstances, and will of course share your feedback with the staff involved in your care as I am sure they will be pleased to receive it.

Kind Regards

Kathy
