I 1stly agree that the receptionist should not be in a public service job! She has no people skills and has left me crying in pain because her computer didn't have my details! Another lady who works in X-ray gave me her name and advised that I should put a formal complaint in against the receptionist as in her words was being"obstructive"and unhelpful. I too have spent hour upon hour waiting to be seen and they have the cheek to advise you to arrive early because of the ridiculous carpark! No I am not impressed with kgh there are other things that I can't mention because I have put a formal complaint in. This I know will be a waste of time and I will be fobbed off. I have had 4 operations on my left hip and have had complications on every op! I wouldn't take my pet there and definitely not having any more botched surgery by them done on me!!
