"Recurring angina attack"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Cardiology

From the moment my wife telephoned for an ambulance, to the moment I was discharged I received first class care. I was admitted to the CCU directly and operated on within minute by the surgeon. Everything was performed with true professionalism by him and his staff. They were faultless.

On being transferred to C7 ward Room 20 this still excellent care continued under the Consultant and the nursing staff.

Everybody was professional and always helpful. most of all they gave me confidence and had a cheery disposition. This way of working was continued by the auxiliary staff.

Would particularly like to mention four particular members of staff in making my difficult stay almost enjoyable!!!

Thank you QA.

Thank you for taking the time to share your kind words with us. I am pleased that you had a positive experience with us, despite the circumstances, and will of course share your feedback with the staff involved in your care as I am sure they will be pleased to receive it.

Kind Regards

Kathy
