"A big thank you to WestMARC Staff"

We've just had our Alan the engineer from West MARC come to the house to look at the electric wheelchair. He's really helpful it's great. I wanted to say a big thankyou to the girls who work in admin who helped us so much today. We were supposed to have our appointment with engineer this morning but we had a last minute hospital appointment and we just missed him, so we rang up and they said hopefully he'll be able to come back on the way back from his next appointment, and he's just been in. You can't buy a service like that, it's just super. The admin staff went out of their way to get it fixed and they said even if Alan couldn't come back that they's rearrange the appointment to get back in touch. I just wanted to say thank you so much.
