What I liked

The consultant's secretary was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Feeling lots of pain after an ectopic pregnancy operation , called for a followed-up appointment after the operation, which was denied by the secretary, who asked me to go to emergency, and said they would not book me in. Would like to need in each cases they would book someone in then. Absolutely disrespectful.

What could be improved

I should have received a followed up consultation after a emergency laparoscopy-salpingectomy. Specially with heavy bleeding, suffering from antiphospholipid syndrome, and infected stitches. They gave me no chance whatsoever.
