"Riverside ward"

Having spent a week on 3 different occasions in the past 6 months at the riverside ward i have always have to say that i feel the staff are the silent and firgotten warriors of this hospital. Rarely do they get recognition for the hardwork and dedication. Sure i have had a few negative moments which was sorted but that is to be expected with such a department that is understaffed. I am not supposed to mention names so this will be an open letter of thank you to those of you wonderful ladies and gentlemen involved in my care. You always go above and beyond to make sure all the patients get what they need without quistion and i feel its so important that recognition is given more often. Riverside ward puts a great image to the nhs of what good nurses should be in terms of care given.

i hope that charring cross staffers know that they have a good team. Thank you so much for such excellent work. You know who you all are.. Thank you very much all the best in your careers!
