"In safe hands for my first endoscopy"

I must write about the fantastic care I was given at the Endoscopy Department when I had an endoscope examination carried out this week. This was the first time for me having this done and having a camera inserted in to my stomach initially seemed like a very daunting prospect for me.

I now have to say I had absolutely nothing at all to worry about as the friendliness, kindness and professionalism of entire the team comprising Lorraine, Louise, Ann and Claire, was outstanding.

I was always made to feel very comfortable and at ease and the staff were very reassuring all the way through the process. At the end of the procedure I realised I had nothing at all to worry about and the above staff were just brilliant in my view!

Thank you very much to a great team! Please note for future patients that anyone else getting an endoscopy done has nothing at all to worry about as you will always be in very good safe hands!
