I am extremely dissapointed I have had a stroke in May and part of the follow up was to have an MRI scan which I eventually had on 21st June, after being admitted to hospital on 8th of June following further possible stroke symptoms, for the scan and then being discharged on the 10th without having had one. I ended up having to arrange my own date on the 13th for a scan on the 21st June at 08:15, which I attended at the time I was supposed to and did have the scan.

I have been worried about the results ever since and went yesterday 18th July to the Outpatients clinic only to be told that they have no results because I didn't turn up for my scan appointment?

I cannot believe how the results of something as important and probably expensive as an MRI scan can just disappear without trace, and all trace of me having been for it also?
