What I liked
Charlecote Ward's treatment of my father, me and my sister:
My elderly father was admitted to Warwick Hosptial following a fall; he had an on-going blood condition.
After a good recovery and a spell in rehabilitation, he was admitted to Charlecote ward with a chest infection. I was so impressed with the professionalism and compassion of all the staff, from consultant, staff nurses, support staff and cleaners. Dad was treated with the utmost respect for his dignity during personal care and our views were taken into account at all times. We were part of the planning for his final days and were enabled to be with him to his peaceful end in a supportive and caring way.
We have nothing but praise and admiration for the standard of care shown to Dad and to us during this stressful and sad time.
What could be improved
Nothing.
