"Very Rude &Nasty Staff. They Need Customer..."

My family has been with this clinic for nearly 8 years. The staff are very rude, especially the receptionists. Very bad manners on the phone or in person. They never let you finish a sentence before they interrupt.

Very rude in every shape or form. And very patronising.

There is no priority given to babies or young children. These receptionists are in the wrong profession. They mix up prescriptions, do not ring you when there is any information from the Doctors. We are still with this clinic only becauae it's near our house and convenient plus we haven't been able to find space anywhere else to register.

To get an appointment is so ridiculous. No consideration for emergencies. The set times put in place to book an appointment, you'll be lucky to get through the phone. And once through they just speak over you and dismiss you. This is the worst clinic I've ever known in UK. Very disappointing service. In general they don't have respect for patients. I have been on the waiting area before and seen the elderly getting upset due to their needs not being met and they don't care. I know some families who have gone to other clinics because they couldn't keep up with the rudeness.
