"Complete waste of time."

I have never had much success with this practice. I have been with them for about 4 years. Initially it was quite good, but ever since has degraded to extremely poor.

I have seen MY doctor once. The doctor was very good and understanding the problem is I have never seen them since. I have seen 2 locums, the first was about a lump on my neck, they didnt care and made that obvious. The second time was about a rash, I was prescribed a ointment that was unavailable. Ever sinve making an appointmemt has been a nightmare, yesterday I phoned up and was told that they would not make one for me and had to phone at 8am, but we all know trying to spend hours trying to get through is unacceptable. So come the day guess what you guessed it I cannot get through.....gorton street practice is unprofessional, the staff are rude an uncaring and the whole experience miserable and unpleasant. What kind of practice is not online in 2017?

All people want is to make an appointment to see a doctor or nurse within a reasonable amount of time and then go and get it over with and get on with their lives, why make it so difficult for people? You are supposed to be their to help no to hinder.

I am now in the process of moving surgeries. I have never been so dissapointed and dispondant with a surgery and lack of care in my life. Staff desperately need retraining and your systems are in dire need of updating to become more patient friendly. 0 out of 10.
