"Problems with GP Surgery"

About: General practices in Lothian

(as a relative),

I think that this surgery is completely overwhelmed by the volume of patients.

- long waiting times to get through on phone

-Lack of parking/disabled spaces

-difficult to obtain appontments for preferred GP ( important for continuity of care in chronic disease management)

- Attached pharmacy frequently out of stock of commonly prescribed medication such as antibiotics
