What I liked

For us the midwives were the key, all of them were fantastic, it was a very bust night with all the beds full they were stretched to their limit but still we felt we got great service.

What could be improved

Probably a larger number of staff levels would of been evan better as sometimes trying to find a midwife that was free was hard.

It is always a pleasure to receive such positive feedback from our women and their families, particularly at such a busy time in their lives. Your comments, which I will pass on, will be a great boost for morale.

I would like to reassure you that we assess our staffing regularly and next month are undertaking a complete review of staffing levels in relation to both delivery rates and the low or high risk nature of the women we deliver.
