"Unacceptable"

Impossible to get through to a receptionist in the morning. Constantly engaged and then when you do get through you can’t get an appointment. They won’t let you book for the following day so day after day you miss out despite being on the phone at 9 am. Woefully inadequate and for me who only visits every 6 months its frustrating and has led to me not having the right medication (contraceptive pill) when it was needed.

Doctors and nurses are good but I have had a prescription that wasn’t mentioned on my medical record. Which is very worrying.

In the past I have been sick and needed to visit them daily which was all prearranged by the hospital and they were very good. It’s a real shame that it is so poorly organised. I have had to change doctores despite this being within walking distance of my home.
