"Carers break things and don't clean up after themselves"

When you phone then with a complaint they never get back to you.and all complaints are made to look like its your fault.

The carers brake things don't clean up after themselves.leave dirty used gloves and incontinence pads on floor..fill toilet up with toiled roll then pull chain and flood toilet comes through ceiling blows kitchen light.and say they didn't do it, it was out fault.

Knock over a Hoover brake my mother's TV then say it was our fault. for putting hover in a place where it can knocked over.it been in same place for 6 years,but again it's our fault and not getting her a new TV. Every time I go over to my mother's house I find problems. Some carers are good but you get the few that don't care make a mess, rude to my mother. So all in all the service is terrible. Would not give it any stars for service.
