About: Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I contacted healthy minds Harlow and then got a copy of my medical records and it clearly states somebody's name on my medical record that is her real name. Hertfordshire partnership trust have told me they have tried to change it but their IT system won't let them. The ceo of both ccg  groups know about this as well as the caldicott guardian but will not do anything about it.

Very upset that the people that record on my medical record think this is ok in a modern nhs service.

Update posted by very let down (the patient)

Iv taken this up with the patient experience team and there's nothing they can do, but now I'm getting the Caldicott guardian to have a look at this (hpft) as the west Essex Caldicott guardian thinks this is ok, lets hope the Hertfordshire partnership trust complaints department takes this seriously and gets things changed. The experience team told me that they had tried to change the persons details to her correct name but couldn't change it on the IT system. So at the moment she can call your GP without using her correct name at which she inputs data on there system ( about you ) and west Essex and Hertfordshire partnership trust know about this and haven't corrected it appalling service. this is meant to be a modern NHS service.
