What I liked

I injured my finger (it turned out to be broken) and went to the minor injury area of accident and emergency for treatment. Everyone from the reception staff, nurse, x-ray staff, doctor and the nurse who strapped my finger were kind and courteous and did everything they could to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I went to the fracture clinic and, again all of the staff were welcoming, kind and courteous. I had things explained clearly to me by everyone I saw. I would be more than happy to recommend these services to family and friends. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you
